This song was created with AI assistance, but the heart of it came from a very human place: the need to breathe, reset, move, and remember that life is bigger than the screens, schedules, worries, and noise that fill so much of our day.

Creating Music With AI Assistance

This release is also part of my growing creative experiment with AI-assisted music.
